Director – Administration

Mr. Upeksha Subasinghe is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in Human Resource Management, Administration, and Leadership. He obtained his Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management with Second Class Upper Division Honours from the University of Kelaniya in 2005. Following his graduation, he served as an Assistant Lecturer at the same university, contributing to academic excellence in the field of Human Resources.

Mr. Subasinghe furthered his academic qualifications by earning a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the Postgraduate Institute of Management (PIM), University of Sri Jayewardenepura in 2009. He also successfully completed a Comprehensive Leadership Development Programme at the prestigious Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Ahmedabad, India, enhancing his strategic and managerial capabilities.

With over a decade of experience in leading private organizations, Mr. Subasinghe has held senior managerial positions, leading both Human Resources and Administrative functions with distinction.

He later joined the Open University of Sri Lanka (OUSL) as a director, where he played a vital role in advancing the university’s administrative and educational initiatives.

Mr. Subasinghe joined the Sri Lanka Atomic Energy Board (SLAEB) as Director (Administration, Human Resources, and Procurement) in November 2025. His leadership continues to strengthen institutional governance, efficiency, and capacity building within the organization.
