Deputy Director – Admin & HR

Mrs. Nilmini Neethangani has been functioning as the Deputy Director/Administration and Human Resources Management (HRM) Division of the Sri Lanka Atomic Energy Board (SLAEB) since 2011.

After graduating from University of Sri Jayewardenepura with B.Com. (Special) Honours Degree,  Ms. Nilmini Neethangani joined the predecessor of Sri Lanka Atomic Energy Board, Atomic Energy Authority (AEA) as a Management Trainee (Administration) in 1996. She subsequently promoted to the positions of Administrative Officer Grade IV, Administrative Officer Grade III, and Administrative Officer Grade II. Presently, she holds the position of Deputy Director/Administration and HRM.

While working at AEA, she obtained Masters of Public Administration Degree (MPA) from the Post Graduate Institute of Management (PIM) – University of Sri Jayawardenapura in 2008. She has participated several Local trainings in the fields of General Administration, Human Resources Management, Disciplinary Procedure and Procurement and also participated to the foreign trainings in the fields of Nuclear Energy Officials and Human Resources Management.

Mrs. Neethangani possesses an unblemished career record of 27+ years in SLAEB and its predecessor AEA.
